John Drummond

Chief Executive, SGF

John joined SGF over three years ago. He has an in-depth knowledge of the convenience store industry and the issues affecting local shops. John has worked and campaigned to raise the profile of SGF within the Scottish Government and Scottish Parliament, ensuring we are the first point of contact on issues relating to small shops.

Katie Mackie

Public Affairs Adviser

Katie joined SGF in 2008. She is responsible for assisting John in developing SGF’s public affairs strategy. In addition she handles media inquiries and is responsible for all communications including the SGF website and newsletter. After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA Hons in Marketing, Katie joined a public relations agency and later went on to work for a MP and MSP.

Pauline Mullen

Office Manager

As well as managing the office Pauline is PA to John. Pauline organises SGF events including the Annual Conference and handles day to day issues at Federation House. Pauline has worked at SGF for a number of years.
